Removing the licence module (lib/Licensing) or tampering with the build no longer breaks the
rest of Nextcloud. The alternative-login providers (RegisterLink/GoogleLink/PhoneLink), the
background jobs, the occ commands, the cron cleanup job, the setup check, the ServerRules and
PaidRegistration services and the admin/personal settings used to take licence classes as
constructor arguments, so a missing module made dependency injection throw: the whole Nextcloud
login page returned 500, cron.php aborted for the whole server and the settings pages 500'd. These
contexts now resolve the licence guard lazily (after the injected integrity probe), so a
removed/changed module cleanly stops only this app — the login page, cron and settings keep working.
The Licence settings section shows an "app files were changed" state (en+ro) when the integrity
check fails, instead of still reporting the licence as active.
