Buy quality assurance hours (minimum 1 hour, 20 €/hour) when you want an independent check before a launch, after an update or when something "sometimes" doesn't work. You get a written report with what was tested, what was found and what to fix first.

What we test

• Software — a test plan, manual and automated tests for apps, plugins and websites; every bug comes with steps to reproduce, screenshots and severity, and fixes are re-tested.
• Media servers — your Emby, Jellyfin or Nextcloud installation: configuration, users and permissions, security, performance, transcoding and backups.
• Devices — playback and interface on TVs, phones, browsers and client apps: compatibility, subtitles, audio tracks, transcoding and remote access.
• Websites — accessibility, SEO and performance audits (Lighthouse and manual checks), with priorities.
• Before and after changes — an update rehearsal on a copy of your server, a backup restore test, load testing and basic security checks.

Good to know

• Unused hours stay in your account for 12 months.
• Fixes can be done by us as custom development or by your own team, using the report.
• Invoices are issued by Stripe and are available in your account.
